Old Seratone wall was removed, wall was nogged to enable pipework to be run as position of basin was changed from original position. Original tiles from the 1960s were uncovered.	Old brickwork was exposed once wall linings removed, BBB Layers Limited were employed to repoint the brickwork, add a charcoal grout and then hone wall back to a smooth finish, finally sealing finished product. Pipework run for Rinnai Infinity for gas heated water, then pipework for bath and shower and basins.

Bathroom renovations

Before renovations:

Bathroom was stripped out and we plugged off pipework.  Water and waste pipes were altered and new pipework rerun where necessary.

Alan from Newline Industries custom made the shower base.

Geoff from Glass Trends custom made and installed the glass shower surround.

Carl from Prestige Installations waterproofed and laid floor to ceiling tiles. 

Working in with Ross Lee Gasfitter a new Rinnai Gas Infinity was installed removing the old hot water cylinder and new pipework was run.

Gary from Davison Electrical installed the individual DC Short heated towel rail bars, each had to be wired individually, he also replaced old wiring, replaced old lights with new down lights etc.

After renovations:

After completion from the above Companies we fitted off new plumbing fixtures, installed were:

Slide Shower – Methven Tahi Satinjet Shower System

Shower Mixer – Methven Tahi Thermostatic Dual Flow Mixer

Shower walls – a white glass finish

Basin – St Michel – Dark Oak

Basin Mixer – Methven Kiri Basin Mixer

Wall Cupboard – St Michel – Dark Oak

Heated Towel Rail – DC Short Individual Heated Towel Rail

The vanity is "Michel Cesar" – "Area" in gloss white.
